Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the diagnostic center, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent patient experience, revenue growth, regulatory compliance, and team performance. The role focuses on achieving business targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations including Front Office, Laboratory, Radiology, and Home Collection.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, billing, sample collection, reporting, and service delivery.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs and quality standards.
Business Development
- Achieve monthly revenue and collection targets.
- Increase walk-in patients and referral business.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Support local marketing activities and health camps.
Patient Experience
- Ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Resolve patient complaints promptly.
- Reduce patient waiting time and improve service quality.
- Maintain positive online ratings and feedback.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Front Office Executives, Phlebotomists, Technicians, and Housekeeping staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews.
- Ensure employee discipline and productivity.
Financial Management
- Monitor daily cash collections and bank deposits.
- Control operational expenses.
- Maintain petty cash and billing accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor consumables and inventory.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and AMC schedules.
- Prevent stock shortages and wastage.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABL/NABH guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain documentation and quality records.

Qualification
- Any Graduate (MBA in Hospital Administration/Operations preferred).
- Certification in Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Diagnostics, Hospitals, or Healthcare Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience.
- Experience in diagnostic center operations preferred.

Salary
- CTC: ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
