Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct safety induction training for new workers and staff.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly safety training sessions.
- Train workers on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
- Conduct toolbox talks before starting work activities.
- Educate workers about workplace hazards and risk control measures.
- Provide emergency response and evacuation training.
- Train employees on fire safety and first aid procedures.
- Conduct practical demonstrations on safe work practices.
- Ensure workers follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain attendance records and training documentation.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.
- Evaluate workers’ understanding through tests and practical assessments.
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding training requirements.
- Identify unsafe acts and provide corrective safety guidance.
- Organize safety awareness campaigns and programs.
- Conduct refresher training for existing employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.
- Assist during safety audits and inspections.
- Report training effectiveness to management.
- Promote a positive safety culture at the workplace.
Pay: ₹15,603.61 - ₹30,000.00 per month
