BDS Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Physician Department Medical – Hair & Skin Care Reporting To Medical Director / Centre Head Qualification BDS from a recognized institution. Fellowship/Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or Aesthetic Medicine. Valid State Dental Council Registration. 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic practice preferred (Freshers with strong training can also apply). Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient consultations for hair, skin, and aesthetic concerns. Diagnose patient concerns and prepare individualized treatment plans. Perform procedures within the practitioner's legal scope of practice and clinic protocols. Perform PRP, GFC, chemical peels, hydrafacial, mesotherapy, microneedling, carbon peel, laser procedures (if trained and authorized), and other approved aesthetic treatments. Assist senior doctors during advanced procedures such as hair transplant and facial aesthetics whenever required. Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, risks, costs, and post-procedure care. Maintain complete patient documentation, informed consent, photographs, and follow-up records. Ensure strict infection control, sterilization, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols. Achieve monthly consultation and treatment conversion targets through ethical patient counselling. Coordinate with therapists, counsellors, and front office for seamless patient care. Participate in CMEs, training programs, and clinical audits. Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality at all times. Skills Required Strong consultation and counselling skills. Excellent communication in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage). Knowledge of aesthetic dermatology and hair restoration treatments. Patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven clinical environment. Good documentation and EMR/CRM skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Consultation-to-treatment conversion rate. Patient satisfaction and feedback. Clinical quality and adherence to SOPs. Follow-up compliance. Revenue generated from consultations and treatments. Zero major clinical protocol violations. Working Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly off as per company policy. Salary ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience and skills). Performance incentives based on consultation conversion and revenue.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
