Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Specialists who can connect with students, understand their career aspirations, and help them enroll in our Campus 2 Career Program.
This is a high-performance B2C sales role where success is measured by enrollments, relationship building, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Understand students' career goals and challenges.
- Explain the Campus 2 Career Program and its benefits.
- Counsel students regarding suitable career paths and specializations.
- Handle objections and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Consistently achieve enrollment and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates.

- Freshers and experienced sales professionals are welcome.
- Prior B2C sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Selection ProcessStage 1: Assessment Period (7Days)
Candidates must achieve at least 1 successful enrollment during the assessment period.
Performance-Based Compensation Eligibility
- 1 Enrollment: ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹6 LPA Variable
- 2 Enrollments: ₹10 LPA Fixed + ₹6 LPA Variable
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka
