Responsibilities
- Drive New Customer Acquisition through scouting, first order booking, and handholding customers for cross-selling opportunities.
- Execute field sales activities with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.
- Organize and manage apartment activities, events, exhibitions, and stalls to generate leads and promote brand visibility.
- Explore and penetrate new geographies and institutional sales opportunities.
- Engage in daily customer meetings and continuously create new avenues for customer sourcing.
- Travel extensively across India to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales and new customer acquisition.
- Preferred industry background: Insurance, Banking, or Construction.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong networking and analytical skills.
- A go-getter with a target-oriented mindset.
- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively and perform on-field activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary will be best in the industry.
- Petrol expenses will be reimbursed.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
