Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and quality non-conformities.
- Maintain QHSE records, reports, registers, and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, training, and awareness programs.
- Monitor compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external QHSE audits.
- Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, emissions, water usage, and pollution prevention.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and maintain emergency response procedures.
- Track and close corrective/preventive actions within defined timelines.
- Monitor supplier/contractor QHSE compliance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly QHSE performance reports and KPI dashboards.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
