Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and improve warehouse operations across multiple locations. The role involves conducting regular warehouse audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards, identifying process improvements, and coordinating with warehouse teams to drive operational excellence.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Visit multiple warehouse locations to conduct operational and compliance audits.
- Evaluate warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, safety standards, and overall operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps in warehouse operations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory management, storage practices, and dispatch operations.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operations teams to improve performance.
- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support process improvement initiatives across warehouse locations.
- Travel to warehouse sites as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse auditing, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and operational audits.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to warehouse locations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
