Lead Preschool Teacher – Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Manage classroom routines, transitions, and daily schedules smoothly
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and language development
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and classroom updates
- Collaborate with co-teachers, caregivers, and center leadership
- Participate in school events, trainings, meetings, and activities
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Follow preschool policies, curriculum guidelines, and child safety protocols
- Encourage creativity, confidence, independence, and curiosity in children
Requirements
- Prior experience in preschool/early childhood education preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passionate, patient, creative, and child-friendly personality
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
