Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding online degree programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with students for documentation and application completion.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with EdTech/Academic Counselling/Sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
