About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Quality Control Executive to monitor, review, and maintain the accuracy of data entry operations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good typing skills, and the ability to identify and correct errors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify completed data entry work for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify typing mistakes, missing information, duplicate entries, and formatting errors.
- Maintain daily quality reports and error tracking sheets.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with data entry operators and team leaders to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor individual and team accuracy levels.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
- Prepare daily and weekly quality performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good computer knowledge and internet skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with good accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and rectify data errors efficiently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of data validation and quality control processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Data Entry, Back Office Operations, Quality Control, or KYC Verification.
- Freshers with good typing speed and computer knowledge can also apply.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain data accuracy of 95% or above.
- Ensure minimum data processing errors.
- Follow company quality standards and reporting procedures.
- Meet assigned daily and weekly review targets.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- Day Shift
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work Location: TechSoch Software Solution, Omaxe Metro City, Raebareli Road, Lucknow (On-site)
