Role overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Client Servicing Intern to support account teams in managing client relationships, coordinating production workflows, and ensuring on-time delivery of 3D/CG projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for students or recent graduates who want exposure to the end-to-end creative production cycle in a 3D and AI studio environment.
Key responsibilities:
a) Assist account managers in daily client communication, status updates, and follow-ups.
b) Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables between clients and 3D/CG teams.
c) Prepare and maintain project trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
d) Support client presentations: collate reference material, create simple slide decks, and manage assets.
e) Help manage feedback loops: capture client revisions, clarify scope, and communicate changes to production.
f) Participate in client meetings, internal reviews, and post-delivery debriefs.
g) Contribute to process improvements and documentation of workflows.
Learning outcomes and exposure:
a) Hands-on experience with client servicing in a creative/production studio.
b) Understanding of 3D/CG and AI production pipelines, deliverable formats, and handoff processes.
c) Exposure to briefing, project planning, and stakeholder management.
d) Practical skills in professional communication, documentation, and meeting facilitation.
e) Opportunity to observe creative reviews, asset approvals, and client negotiations.
Who we’re looking for:
- Students or recent graduates in Business, Advertising, Mass Communication, Media, Design, Animation, Film, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
- Proactive, client-focused attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and email; basic Excel skills preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in client servicing, production, or creative agencies is a plus.
Duration: 3 months (full-time). Start date: flexible; ideally within 7 days of offer.
Location: Mumbai.
Stipend: Competitive and commensurate with pre-acquired skill sets.
Certificate of completion and performance feedback at end of internship.
