Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist in daily production activities to meet production targets and schedules.
- Maintain product quality by following quality control procedures and specifications.
- Record production data and other operational information accurately.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with the regulatory standards.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain records and reports as per company requirements
- Basic understanding of machines / production processes
- Willingness to learn and work in plant environment
- Teamwork, discipline, and responsibility
