Position
Student Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
* Make regular outbound calls to new enquiries and explain courses, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission process.
* Maintain proper records of enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions.
* Check and respond to official emails on a daily basis.
* Follow up with students/parents regarding pending fees and fee payments.
* Coordinate with students regarding classes, schedules, assignments, events, and other institute-related requirements when required.
* Coordinate with faculty/teachers regarding student-related matters, schedules, attendance, and communication.
* Maintain good relationships with students and parents and address their queries professionally.
* Assist the Centre Head/Management with day-to-day administrative and counselling activities.
* Maintain accurate records of admissions, follow-ups, fees, and student communication
Pay: ₹9,666.16 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
