Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors & super stockists
- Achieve sales targets and grow market reach
- Recruit and manage sales executives
- Visit retailers and distributors regularly
- Plan promotions and trade schemes
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty Products, or Pharma sales experience
- Experience in distributor and retail sales
- Gujarat market knowledge is a plus
