- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance evaluations
- Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Handle high-value negotiations and close strategic deals
- Strengthen customer retention and ensure repeat business
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Ensure effective pipeline management and forecasting
- Monitor and optimize sales processes and productivity
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn campaigns and SEO coordination
- Ensure consistent lead generation through various channels
- Align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales performance, revenue growth, and market trends
- Use CRM tools (Zoho/Freshsales) for pipeline and activity tracking
- Provide strategic insights and reports to top management

- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for product/service improvement
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
