HR & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources, Compliance & Legal
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and workforce planning.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Draft and manage appointment letters, employment contracts, warning letters, show-cause notices, disciplinary notices, and termination documentation.
- Maintain statutory records, compliance registers, and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, legal matters, and compliance reviews.
- Liaise with legal consultants, auditors, government authorities, and external agencies when required.
- Prepare HR, compliance, and workforce reports for management review.
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the organization.
- Manage office administration, facilities, infrastructure, assets, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth business operations and effective resource utilization.
- Monitor operational efficiency, process adherence, and service delivery standards.
- Support management in strategic initiatives, process improvements, and organizational growth plans.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure effective coordination between departments for seamless organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Administration, and Operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Labor Laws, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and administrative management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
