Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize revenue generation and achieve sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
- Liaise between customers and the company regarding project updates, pricing, and new launches.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Drive sales of high-end luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 5–6 sales professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
Required Skills & Expertise:✔ Strong background in Real Estate Sales, Gurgaon.
✔ Proven track record in sales performance and revenue generation.
✔ Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and training capabilities.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
✔ Sound knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
