Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 13 Years
Location of Requirement: Pan India
Must-Have :
- Gathered and analyzed business requirements for Workday HCM implementations
- Configured Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management
- Designed and maintained Business Process Framework (BPF) configurations
- Worked on security roles, domain policies, and user access controls
- Developed and customized reports and dashboards for business users
- Performed fit-gap analysis and provided functional solutions aligned with client needs
