We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Team Leader with strong team management and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the social media team
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies
- Handle client communication and campaign discussions independently
- Plan content calendars and monitor campaign performance
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams
- Utilize AI tools for content ideation, automation, and analytics
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates
Required Skills:
- Prior team handling and leadership experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Expertise in Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Experience handling international clients
- Creative thinking with strategic execution skills
- Good adaptability towards AI-driven workflows and upgraded technologies
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
