Key Responsibilities:
Source and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour as per project requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong network of labour contractors, vendors, and manpower agencies.
Coordinate with project/site teams to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
Ensure timely deployment of labour at project sites.
Negotiate labour rates, terms, and commercial agreements with contractors.
Monitor labour attendance, productivity, deployment, and availability.
Maintain a database of reliable labour contractors and workforce sources.
Ensure proper documentation, verification, and compliance requirements.
Handle labour shortages and arrange immediate replacements when required.
Track manpower costs and support budget control.
Coordinate with HR, procurement, project managers, and site teams.
Resolve labour-related issues and maintain good relationships with contractors and workers.
Prepare regular manpower sourcing and deployment reports.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
