Role: HR Intern - Recruitment (Sales Hiring Focus)
Duration: 2 months
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for Sales/BD roles (via LinkedIn, Internshala, Upwork, Facebook groups, Reddit)
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
- Draft and send offer letters
- Track candidate pipeline until onboarding
Requirements:
- Interest in HR/recruitment as a career path
- Comfortable with cold outreach and screening calls
- Self-motivated - this is a results-only role, no fixed pay
- Strong written English
