Role Summary
Support sales and project teams, coordinate execution, and manage documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, proposals, quotations & follow-ups
- Coordinate site surveys and align with sales & installation teams
- Track project progress and update stakeholders
- Manage KSEB, net metering & PM Surya Ghar subsidy documentation
- Process solar loan files and verify customer documents
- Maintain project records and customer data
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech (EEE/ECE) / B.Voc Renewable Energy
- Experience in solar/electrical industry preferred
- Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of solar systems & documentation
