As we continue our retail expansion across India, we are looking for a Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of new store launches, retail infrastructure projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Expansion & Store Launches
- Manage end-to-end execution of new retail store openings across multiple locations.
- Prepare project timelines, milestones, and launch plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Retail, Design, Procurement, HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance.
- Ensure stores are launch-ready as per agreed timelines.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
- Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks and delays.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve project-related issues.
Store Design & Infrastructure Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and fit-out teams for store development.
- Ensure compliance with Knya brand guidelines and store design standards.
- Oversee civil, electrical, signage, fixtures, and technology installations.
Budget & Cost Control
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure all project-related invoices and payments are processed accurately.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Retail Operations to ensure smooth handover of projects.
- Coordinate with HR for manpower readiness before store launch.
- Partner with Marketing for launch activities and branding requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all statutory licenses, permits, and approvals are obtained before store opening.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
