Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when required
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
