Position - Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts Payable & Receivable, including recording & verification.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filling within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, accounting standards, and other applicable regulations.
- Review bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies or unreconciled items.
- Coordinate with banks regarding payments, collections, account-related matters, and documentation also maintain proper records of bank transactions and financial instruments.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain effective financial controls.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls and reduce the risk of errors or fraud.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports and accounting records for management review and decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- MBA & M.com (Finance), CA, CA Inter or other relevant professional qualifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in microsoft office and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Time :- 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Job Location :-Gota, Ahmedabad
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
