Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Manager – Marketing & Sales (PEB Projects) to lead business development activities for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project sales, consultant coordination, and generating enquiries from upcoming industrial and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities for PEB projects through direct customer meetings and field visits.
- Identify and approach industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, architects, PMC companies, builders, and corporate clients.
- Develop long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Sales & Marketing:
- Promote the company's PEB products and solutions in the market.
- Conduct customer presentations and technical discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their upcoming project requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Development:
- Develop new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify upcoming industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production, and Project Execution teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry generation until project completion.
Reporting:
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, enquiry status, and CRM updates.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Prepare business forecasts and sales plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the PEB Industry.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate business through field sales and networking.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of industrial projects and structural steel solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong network with EPC Companies, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, Industrial Clients, Builders, and Corporate Houses.
- Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in handling large-value PEB projects.
- Willing to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently handling complete sales operations.
