We are looking for energetic, sales-driven candidates to join our international recruitment operations in Vashi. In this role, you will connect with job seekers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), pitch employment packages, and facilitate successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Candidate Dialing: Dial UAE job seekers through cold calling lists and verified leads using our CRM system.
Pitching & Screening: Assess candidates' communication, qualifications, and UAE visa status while persuasively pitching suitable job vacancies.
Database & Pipeline Management: Maintain updated call logs, follow-up statuses, and candidate interview schedules in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Driven to meet daily calling metrics and consistently hit monthly placement targets to earn uncapped incentives.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream.
Experience: Freshers Welcome! Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Outbound BPO, or Recruitment is an advantage.
Key Skills:
Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
Sales Mindset: Persuasive, resilient on cold calls, and target-driven.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, computer systems, and multi-line dialers.
Location: Daily commute to our office near Vashi Railway Station.
