Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR coordination. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer rollout and candidate follow-ups
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Assist in performance management processes
HR Coordination
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Support HR reporting and MIS
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred)
- Graduates with relevant experience can also apply
