What You’ll Do1. Multi-Platform Social Media Execution
- LinkedIn: Own the daily content engine for the CallOptix company page and the founder’s personal profile. Draft highly engaging text posts, carousels, and thought-leadership pieces to build a dominant personal brand in the B2B SaaS space.
- Instagram: Develop and execute a vibrant visual identity for CallOptix on IG. Create value-driven reels, memes, product feature highlights, and behind-the-scenes startup culture content that captures attention.
- Reddit & Communities: Drive organic growth by authentically embedding CallOptix into relevant subreddits (e.g., r/sales, r/saas, r/startups), Quora, and tech communities. Provide genuine value, participate in discussions, and surface user feedback natively without sounding like a traditional marketer.
2. AI-Powered Visual & Video Generation
- Image Generation: Actively use modern AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI) to generate unique, eye-catching visual assets, carousels, infographics, and social thumbnails.
- Video Content: Script, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) showcasing product walkthroughs, industry insights, and customer pain points using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI video suites.
- Maintain a clean, premium, and visually consistent brand aesthetic across all marketing collateral.
3. Content Writing & Repurposing
- Write high-intent, SEO-optimized blog posts, product case studies, and customer success stories.
- Turn a single piece of long-form content (like a blog or feature release) into a multi-channel web of distribution—slicing it into a LinkedIn carousel, an Instagram Reel text, a Reddit discussion point, and a newsletter snippet.
4. Daily Tracking & Optimization
- Keep a pulse on analytics across platforms (engagement rate, impressions, traffic referral).
- Continuously experiment with new formats, trending audio, platform algorithm shifts, and growth tactics.
What We’re Looking ForRequired (Must-Haves):
- 1–3 years of experience actively executing social media and content strategies (please share a portfolio or links to accounts you have managed).
- Deep platform fluency: You know the unwritten rules of what goes viral on LinkedIn, what captures attention on Instagram, and how to engage effectively on Reddit.
- AI Tool Native: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for writing (ChatGPT, Claude), image generation (Midjourney/Canva), and daily workflow efficiency.
- Proactive Startup Mindset: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a rigid content calendar to be handed to you. You pitch ideas, move fast, test things out, and thrive in an agile environment.
- Exceptional Storytelling: Flawless written English with a knack for writing punchy hooks, compelling copy, and conversational threads.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong baseline knowledge of or interest in the AI, speech-to-text, or sales/call center automation tech stack.
- Experience managing and optimizing directory listings like G2, Capterra, and SourceForge.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Month 1-2: Establish a consistent daily posting cadence across LinkedIn and Instagram; successfully map out a community outreach routine for Reddit.
- Month 3+: Measurable growth in founder profile impressions, community inbound traffic to the CallOptix website, and a streamlined, fast-moving library of AI-assisted visual content.
