About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong platform development expertise along with practical exposure to AI-powered workflow automation, virtual agents, and intelligent process optimization.
This role requires someone who can design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-driven features to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications
- Implement and enhance Now Assist features and AI-powered workflows
- Build and optimize Agentic AI use cases, virtual agents, and intelligent automation solutions
- Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of overall experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities in ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, and Flow Designer
- Experience in developing workflows, integrations, and automation solutions
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI capabilities is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is an advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be based in India or the Philippines only
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
Compensation
- Budget: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
