Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Customer Service & Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible for handling billing, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with bakery products.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Recommend bakery items and help increase sales.
Pack cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery products for customers.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the billing counter and display area.
Coordinate with the bakery and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the day.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in billing, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
