Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Lead floor operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, service excellence, speed of service, and team management.
- Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff while enforcing discipline and operational standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
- Monitor inventory, stock management, wastage control, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, event conversions, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team productivity.
- Take proactive decisions and resolve operational challenges independently.
- Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, service, and management teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have experience with reputed Star Hotels or premium standalone restaurant brands only.
- Candidates from local restaurants, cafes, or small food outlets will not be considered.
- Proven experience managing complete restaurant operations end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in floor management, guest handling, team leadership, and operational control.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Ability to implement systems, train teams, and establish operational discipline from day one.
- Strong leadership personality with the ability to manage staff firmly and perform under pressure.
- Sound understanding of revenue generation, sales enhancement, upselling, and event conversions.
- Self-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers results without constant supervision.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
