Overview: We are looking for a full-time Accounting Intern with basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on familiarity with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. The intern’s focus will be to assist in managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in operational and administrative tasks. The role will involve regular coordination with clients and the internal team to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial data entries and report to the Finance Executive. 2. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment tracking activities. 3. Work on GST filings, TDS deductions, Professional Tax (PT), reconciliations, and expense tracking. 4. Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and accounting documentation. 5. Prepare quarterly reports and assist in annual financial reporting activities. 6. Coordinate with clients regarding payments, invoices, and required documentation. 7. Maintain and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and financial records regularly. 8. Assist in bank reconciliation, account verification, and transaction tracking. 9. Support the finance team in administrative and accounting-related tasks. 10. Assist in salary processing, payout tracking, and maintaining employee payment records. 11. Help prepare and maintain salary structure documents and payroll-related records. 12. Focus on learning and improving accounting, reporting, and financial management skills consistently. Requirements: 1. Experience: Basic accounting knowledge / Internship or project experience preferred 2. Joining: Immediate | Urgent Basis 3. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime with GST 4. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PT, EPF, ESI, and accounting concepts 5. Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial report preparation 6. Good communication, coordination, and time management skills 7. Must be prompt, dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented 8. Good language command in English, Kannada and Hindi 9. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting

9. Work hours: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
10. Internship Stipend: 1K-5K per month
