Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and update records.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or payments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or graduate (any stream).
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
