Role Overview:
ScaleupAlly is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our International IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics). You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email, and Cold Calling to generate leads, nurture prospects, schedule appointments, and build a steady pipeline for the sales team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a B2B IT services environment.
- Familiarity with CRM.

Duties:
- Identify and qualify potential clients in international markets to sell our B2B IT Services.
- Execute targeted outreach via(either or all methods) cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn navigators, and outreach.
- Schedule appointments for the qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Report lead generation performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work on monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation.
Required Qualification:
- 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics).
- Proven ability to generate and qualify International leads (US, EU, etc).
- Hands-on experience with Apollo and ZoomInfo.
- Experience scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
