1. Operations Management:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
2. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through prompt service and issue resolution.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain high service quality and guest relations standards.
4. Financial Management:
- Monitor sales performance and control operational costs.
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and daily reconciliations.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual financial targets.
5. Inventory & Procurement:
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to minimize wastage and pilferage.
6. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain records for audits and inspections.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Share updates on sales, staff performance, and expenses with management.
