Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales Specialists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to earn through performance, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining a professional approach.
Both freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Follow company sales processes and reporting standards.
- Represent the company professionally during every customer interaction.
EligibilityEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Counselling, or Customer Relationship Management are preferred.

Probation Period
Duration: 30 to 60 Days
During the probation period:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
- Candidates who successfully achieve their first month's target and demonstrate consistent performance will be confirmed as full-time employees.
Full-Time Employment
Upon successful completion of probation:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Experienced Candidates (Up to 1 Year)
- Salary: ₹30,000+ per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
- (Based on relevant experience and interview performance.)
