Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to develop and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in BIM software, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate BIM models with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
- Identify and resolve design clashes using BIM coordination tools.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and company guidelines.
- Update models based on design revisions and site changes.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and project documentation from BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and model revisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned BIM deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the AEC industry.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Familiarity with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and BIM standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamo, Civil 3D, or Tekla Structures is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination processes.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
