Coordinate with the site team for daily material requirements and update procurement plans accordingly.
- Conduct market surveys to track pricing trends, material availability, and identify reliable vendors.
- Prepare detailed rate comparisons and procurement reports for management review.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, timely material delivery, and proper documentation.
- Handle procurement of irrigation and construction materials, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of procurement transactions and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Experience in handling irrigation and construction materials
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site, store, and accounts teams
