Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production units, factories, and delivery centres to ensure timely order execution.
- Plan and prioritize production schedules based on order urgency and delivery commitments.
- Monitor order status from production to dispatch and proactively resolve delays.
- Liaise with merchandising, procurement, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Track factory capacity and allocate orders accordingly.
- Maintain production reports and ensure on-time delivery targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in garment manufacturing, production planning, or operations.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, factories, and delivery deadlines simultaneously.
