- Monitor and track tender opportunities from government portals, defense organizations, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bid requirements.
- Prepare and compile complete tender documentation as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for collecting required inputs.
- Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission guidelines.
- Prepare bid submission files, annexures, declarations, compliance matrices, and supporting documents.
- Maintain tender trackers, bid calendars, and documentation records.
- Assist in online bid submission through government portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Support preparation of technical proposals, commercial proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders for timely closure of pending documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of bid-related information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering/Management background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, proposal management, or documentation roles.
- Experience handling government/defense sector tenders will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of tender processes, RFP/RFQ analysis, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Defense procurement, GeM portal, CPPP, DGQA/DPSU tenders will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of technical documentation and government tender formats.
