Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships by providing timely support and resolving queries.
- Handle customer communications through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and potential clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports and track customer interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
