Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Service Excellence
- Order Management: Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in-room ordering systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Delivery & Presentation: Oversee the timely and courteous delivery of orders to guest rooms, ensuring presentation meets resort standards.

2. Team Leadership & Training
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of room service attendants, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff to maintain high service quality.
- Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.SetupMyHotel+1Salary.com+1
3. Operational Efficiency
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and service equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to resort standards.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and guest rooms post-service.
4. Financial Transactions
- Billing: Accurately process guest charges, including room charges, credit cards, and cash payments.

5. Health & Safety Compliance
- Regulations Adherence: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Emergency Procedures: Be trained in emergency procedures and first aid to handle any incidents effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a resort or luxury hotel.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
