Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ social, emotional, and economic needs
- Provide counselling, guidance, and crisis intervention support
- Connect clients with community resources and government schemes
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Conduct home visits, fieldwork, and community outreach programs
- Advocate for individuals’ rights and social justice
- Coordinate with hospitals, schools, NGOs, and government agencies
- Organize awareness programs, workshops, and welfare activities
- Monitor progress and follow up on cases
- Prepare reports and submit documentation to management or authorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW / MSW)
- Relevant experience in social or community work (preferred)
- Knowledge of social welfare laws and government programs
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chirayinkeezhu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
