Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and communication plans, aligned with overall business objectives and market insights.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and opportunities for brand growth.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from new product development and launch to market withdrawal, ensuring successful execution and optimal performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing support.
Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and brand health indicators, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective reach.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders to support brand initiatives.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in brand management within the OTC, Personal Care or Beauty industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching pharmaceutical brands.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
