Role Purpose
As a Education Teacher & Facilitator, you will play a key role in inspiring young learners by conducting engaging online and offline classes, supporting students in their learning journey, and ensuring effective implementation of the programme across assigned schools.
Beyond teaching, you will work closely with schools, teachers, parents, volunteers, and community stakeholders to improve student attendance, participation, and programme completion while maintaining high-quality programme documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning Facilitation
- Conduct engaging online and offline classes using the curriculum.
- Explain concepts clearly and provide effective doubt-clearing support.
- Create an interactive, activity-based learning environment that encourages participation and confidence.
- Monitor student learning progress and provide individual support where required.
- Conduct orientation and refresher sessions for teachers and volunteers.
- Ensure timely completion of the curriculum and planned learning activities.
School & Programme Coordination
- Coordinate with schools for programme implementation and class scheduling.
- Support school onboarding, permissions, and timetable planning.
- Monitor student enrolment, attendance, participation, and programme completion.
- Coordinate with parents, volunteers, and the calling team to improve student engagement.
- Build positive relationships with school authorities and community stakeholders.
- Travel regularly to assigned schools, intervention areas, and villages.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate student, school, and programme records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly programme reports.
- Update attendance and programme data on designated systems.
- Document success stories, field observations, and implementation learnings.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Graduate in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Humanities, Science, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, education programmes, learning facilitation, or school coordination.
- Experience in online teaching or blended learning will be preferred.
- Prior experience working with children, schools, NGOs, or community-based education programmes is desirable.
Skills
- Strong classroom facilitation and communication skills.
- Passion for working with children and improving learning outcomes.
- Ability to build relationships with schools, teachers, parents, and communities.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
