Through our personalised sports training and individual sessions, we provide structured, compassionate, and expert-led training—supporting children and adults of all abilities to grow stronger, more confident, and more independent.
Our programs are thoughtfully designed to respect individual needs while encouraging physical, emotional, and social growth through sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct adaptive sports and physical training sessions for children with special needs
- Modify sports activities based on individual abilities and developmental levels
- Support children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and developmental delays
- Improve gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance
- Apply basic behavior management and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ensure safety and proper use of sports equipment during sessions
- Work closely with parents, special educators, and therapists
- Track attendance, progress, and basic performance records
- Support inclusive sports events, camps, and activity programs
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Physical Education / Sports Science / Coaching
- Degree or Diploma in Special Education from an RCI-recognized institute – Preferred / Mandatory as per role
- RCI Registration (CRR Number) – Added advantage
- First Aid & CPR Certification – Added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in adaptive sports coaching or physical training
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly preferred
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong interest in adaptive training may apply
