Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure successful product/service adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and support performance.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
