We are looking for a proactive Event Sales Executive to generate business for corporate events, brand activations, team-building activities, workshops, and private celebrations. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales skills and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, referrals, and networking.
- Sell Corporate Workshops, Team Building Activities, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Birthday Parties, Wedding Events, and Private Events.
- Meet HR Heads, Marketing Heads, CXOs, Event Managers, and Corporate Decision Makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Manage enquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
- Maintain CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful event execution.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Event Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Target-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
