Job Summary
The Team Leader – Sales will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets in the real estate sector. The role involves driving revenue, mentoring the team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training
Handle high-value clients and support the team in closing deals
Ensure proper follow-up with leads and conversion of prospects into buyers
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required

Qualifications
MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
Prior experience in a team handling or leadership role preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
